13.11 Unless prohibited under Section 13 of the Act, the information you request under your Section 13 rights will be provided free of charge. Where a request is unfounded or excessive, in particular where it is repetitive, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing the information or acting on the requested measure. We may also decline to act on the request.
